"It had been a while since my family ate at Olive Garden and when we went earlier today I was surprised by the incredible service I was given. My waitress, Hadasah, was just exceptional. She was attentive and friendly, and my water cup was never empty. I didn’t even need to ask for a refill! The food was delicious and she made my family feel welcomed and they were very pleased with the entire dining experience."

"Delicious. When you’re here, you’re here. We heard they got that never ending pasta bowls, so I got my super hot girlfriend and went to see what the hype was all about. For like 20 bucks a pop. It’s a lot of food. You don’t need an appetizer. So obviously o got one as well. Everything was super yummy and they will bring you soup and salad and bread sticks and pasta until you need to be wheeled out. The standouts were the mushroom sauce pasta and the meatballs hit pretty good. Would recommend."

"I just had to come on here and give a review, I had an incredibly polite, nice and respectful young woman I believe by the name of Hadasah as a waitress. Me and my husband were having dinner at Olive Garden for our anniversary, were looking for a relaxing and enjoyable night with good food, and had exactly that. I was hesitant at first because I’ve had some rude people serve me and most young people are not very noticeable about my needs such as if I needed water, or the food wasn’t very good quality. But she was respectful and attentive to our needs, asked if our food was to our liking and was happy to take it back if it wasn’t, she didn’t push us to make a decision about what we wanted to eat and let us take our time, was very entertaining, enjoyable to be around, and made us feel very welcomed. This may seem long, but me and my husband truly enjoyed our time at Olive Garden and hope to have her as our server again."

"Very fast food service - table service is great - friendly knowledgeable staff. Plate sizes are very generous & the refillable soft drinks is always a good thing. Large menu selections of different meals that caters for those looking for variety other than pasta. You may encounter a small 2 min wait prior to be seated but that is dependent on time of evening."

"Had an early birthday evening. Briza was our wonderful waitress. Very polite and knowledgeable! Highly recommend seating in her section if you have the opportunity. Everything was hot and delicious."

"On 3/6/26 Took our Son to the Salem Olive Garden for dinner. We were greeted by Alex & Charity who were both smiling and pleasant, which showed they enjoyed greeting people, After we were seated I asked to have the manager stop by our table to let him know our impression of his greeters. Leo waited on us, he was nice, happy and has a good sense of humor. The appetizers and food were served quickly, hot and very good. 6 thumbs up from the 3 of us for the treatment, service & food."

"Update. 12/20/2024 Did a order on the app, drove and parked in the to go slot, text the parking slot.. 10 min later the food was at my car door. Food was hot. Read my first review below. Nothing has changed. Still an excellent chain restaurant. -------- Say what you want about chain restaurants but there is a reason we keep going back. It's consistently. Went in the early evening hours, and was seated quickly. Friendly staff. Bread sticks were on the table soon after our drinks were served. Went with the soup option and yes, it was how I remembered it 6 months ago, delicious. I held up the speed of service because i could not decide what to order. Our main course came out quickly and it was so good (see photos). So, selection was good(see menue photos), service was friendly and fast, food was delicious. We'll be back."

"Went to Olive Garden with the family for dinner and Jerry was our server. He was really friendly and made us feel taken care of the whole time. He stayed on top of refills, kept the breadsticks coming, and made sure all of our meals came out right. We had a couple of special requests and he handled them with no problem. He even made our kids feel included and sang Happy Birthday to our daughter by himself, which we loved. There was a small wait to get sat but the lobby was packed, but overall it was a really good experience and we’d definitely ask for Jerry again."
